3 simple step formula to get started on “success habits”

  1. Make a List of every ” success habit” that you want to do everyday: First Make a list of every area that you want to improve in your life. Some examples are for health: Physical health ( workouts,rest), Internal health: ( what you eat and drink), Mental health: ( Happiness level, intelligence, mental discipline etc) Then start researching and learning what people who have achieved the goals and dream life that you want do. Study their content, ask for advice and see what daily habits and things they did to reach their dream life and goals.
  2. Write time estimates that you want to do for each task: After you made a list of daily success habits that you want to do. Give yourself an estimated time it will take to finish each task. Some examples are: 60 minutes to read 40 pages, 15 minutes pen and paper to write out ideas, 15 minutes meditation in the morning,etc.
  3. Use physical timers and or phone timers to time each success habit: After you have time estimates to finish each task. You want to set a timer to time how long it takes you to finish each habit. Examples are: set a timer to read 40 pages, time how long it takes to do networking habits, etc. By using a timer to do your habits not only do you give yourself time pressure to finish habits faster. You also get more information on how long it takes you to finish each success habit. This can later help you build a daily routine!
