Lets first think of the ways you can spend your daily minutes! I think there are 4 main ways you can spend your time:
- Fun/entertainment: These are things that give you negative progress. ( You can still do fun activities like watch movies. Or play video games but try your best to limit the amount of time you spend on them.
- Doing nothing: ex: just sitting on a chair or couch
- Being Busy: Stuff you have to do daily or multiple times but doesn’t give much results. Ex: cooking ( because unless you eat the healthy food cooking alone. Although you have to do it! Driving, cleaning, etc
- Success Habits: I define this as daily things you do daily or multiple times to get your definition of success.
- 1= less progress. 2-3= little progress, 4= small to big progress to your goals!
Action plan: Write a list of everything you want to be successful in life. Ex: gain or lose 20 pounds Make $10,000 a month with an online business. Go to sleep at 10:30 pm and wake up and 7:00 am, etc.
Then Research, and learn from people who already hit those goals that you want, and learn what success habits they do and recommend. Like eating more fruits and vegetables, network more, etc.
